Timothy A. Brislan

Timothy A. Brislan, 61, of Watertown, NY, passed away peacefully on October 20, 2024 at the Hospice of Jefferson County residence at the Ellis Farm following his battle with cancer. 

Timothy was born on February 13, 1963, in Watertown, NY, the son of Joseph E. and Shirley M. (Martin) Brislan. He graduated from LaFargeville Central School and proudly served in the United States Army from 1980 until he was honorably discharged in 1983. Following his military service, Timothy pursued his passion for cooking, working as a cook at various local establishments, including The Carriage House, The Arts Jug, and most recently, Waterside Restaurant in Henderson Harbor. 

In his free time, Timothy enjoyed fishing, watching sports—he was a devoted New York Giants fan—and collecting coins and antiques. 

Timothy is survived by his two brothers, Joseph E. Brislan and his wife Robyn M. of Philadelphia, NY, and Lonnie S. Brislan of Copenhagen, NY, as well as two nephews, Joseph Brislan and Andrew Brislan and three nieces, Kelli Ward, Tammi Dindl, and Dallas Childers ~ whom he loved very much.

He was predeceased by his loving parents, Joseph and Shirley Brislan. 

 In accordance with Timothy’s wishes, there will be no services, and he will be cremated.
