Teresa M. Deciantis, 45, of Black River, NY, passed away on January 23, 2025, at Upstate University Hospital after a courageous battle with lung and heart disease.
Born on December 9, 1979, in Providence, Rhode Island, Teresa was the daughter of John Deciantis and Brenda Burt. She married Herminio Hernandez Buso on June 16, 2010, in Rhode Island.
