Patricia S. Hill

Patricia S. Hill, 77, of Felts Mills, NY, passed away on December 24, 2024, at the Samaritan Medical Center.

Born February 15, 1947, in Carthage, NY, Patricia was the daughter of Dean and Marian Hill. She graduated from Carthage Central High School and pursued higher education at Albany State. Patricia later earned a degree from Lady Cliff College, becoming a nurse anesthetist, a career she devoted herself to until her retirement.

Patricia married Richard Semptimphelter, with whom she had a son, before the marriage ended in divorce..

She is survived by her son, Richard  Semptimphelter of Felts Mills, NY; her grandson and his wife, Dorian and Kelly Semptimphelter of Tennessee; and her two beloved great-grandchildren, Jacob and Lily.

In accordance with Patricia’s wishes, she will be cremated and burial will be held privately at Black River Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
