LOWVILLE – Diane E. “Deedee” Eberhardt, 63, of Lowville, NY, passed away peacefully on March 6, 2025, at Samaritan Medical Center.
Born on February 17, 1962, in Norfolk, Virginia, she was the daughter of George and Brenda (Sanford) Eberhardt. Diane graduated from Arroyo High School in California in 1980. Following school, she embarked on a solo cross-country journey, exploring the United States. While residing in California, she held various jobs over the years and eventually met the love of her life, John “Lowell” Williams.
In 2008, Diane and John moved to Lowville, where she became a devoted homemaker while John worked as a contracted tractor-trailer driver for the Watertown Post Office and retired from Gypsum Express in 2022.
Diane had a deep love for music and enjoyed playing the guitar. She was an artistic soul, expressing her creativity through sketching. An avid outdoorswoman, she found joy in horseback riding, boating, hiking, canoeing, and traveling. Above all, she adored her beloved three dogs and two cats.
She is survived by her companion, John “Lowell” Williams of Lowville, and her sister, Debra Eberhardt of Missouri.
In accordance with Diane’s wishes, cremation will take place, and no services will be held at this time.
