Barbara M. "Bobbie" Bragger

Barbara “Bobbie” M. Bragger, 67, of Adams, NY, passed away December 27, 2018 at her home where she was surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on June 19, 1951 in Watertown, daughter of William and Barbara (Jenkins) Milton.  Bobbie graduated from Watertown High School in 1969 and went on to receive her degree as a Registered Nurse from St. Lawrence School of Nursing. She worked the next forty three years at the Samaritan Medical Center, retiring in 2015.

She enjoyed dancing and spending time with family and friends.  She was also a member of the NYS Nursing Association.

Among her survivors are her companion of over thirty years, Donna J. Merry, Adams, a daughter and her wife, Kelly S. Bragger-Monteith and Rosanne L. Monteith, Watertown, her son, William P. Bragger and his companion Alicia Rabon, Watertown, her beloved parents, William and Barbara Milton, Watertown, four grandchildren, Samuel, Kendra, Remington, and Philip, four sisters and their husbands, Karen and Joe Wilson, Ohio, Janice VanNess, Pulaski, Wendy and Dennis Peters, Utah, Cindy and John Cook, Black River, several nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by an infant sister Phyllis and nephew Garret VanNess.

Calling hours will be held 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, December 30 at the Hart & Bruce Funeral Home 117 N. Massey St., Watertown
